How orders ship
Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3 business days. Custom and personalized orders may take longer depending on design complexity and current order volume.
Processing times
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is packed and on its way. Delivery timelines begin after processing is complete.
Delivery notes
Shipping estimates are provided at checkout, but carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can occasionally affect arrival dates.

Returns
Return guidelines
Because many pieces are handmade or personalized, we do not take returns. Please contact us promptly if something is wrong with your order or damaged in transit. We will work to resolve these issues in a timely manner.

Exchanges and issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the details and work with you on a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate resolution when eligible. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours or the item arrived damaged.
